Steeping Instructions – Allow 1 to 2 tsp. of tea leaves per serving. Brew no hotter than 70°C and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes depending on your desired strength.

Chinese White Tea

White tea typically contains less caffeine than green tea, about 15mg per serving compared to the 20mg for green tea. All tea comes from the same plant – the Camellia Sinensis.


Ginger root is used in many traditional medicines and is known for its varied medicinal properties. It is said to be good for a healthy heart, lowering blood cholesterol and improving circulation. Ginger can relax spasms and improve digestion.


An aromatic herb, lemongrass is said to have antibacterial and antifungal properties. With a lemony taste, and full of vitamin C, this herb is a useful enhancer for blends.
